- From one night. Stays longer than a few weeks and business stays are available on request — through the request form on the home page or by phone on +41 79 525 30 25.
- How do the studios differ?
- There are two types: with or without a balcony. Both are 25 to 30 m², newly furnished, with a private bathroom, a desk and a kitchenette.
- What does a studio cost?
- The studio without a balcony costs from CHF 150 per night, the studio with a balcony from CHF 160. The price on Booking.com at the time of booking is binding. Longer stays and business stays on request.
- What is included in the price?
- Bed linen, towels, electricity, Wi-Fi and the final cleaning. Every studio has a private bathroom plus a desk and chair.
- How do I book a studio?
- On Booking.com, where you see availability and prices live. For longer stays, business stays or several studios, use the request form or call us on +41 79 525 30 25.
- When can I arrive?
- Around the clock. Access is by code, which you receive before arrival. There is no reception desk.

- Yes. CaféDeRia on the ground floor serves coffee, pastries and sandwiches Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 17:30, and Be Kind cooks lunch Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00. Ordering runs through Food Order®: at the till with a pager — when it buzzes, collect your food — or from your studio as room service. The ordering kiosk on the ground floor lets you order without queuing.
